Oh.my.goodness, what a day, what a week!! Blogfest 2011 has me so inspired I can barely think straight! Three days of pure design blog LOVE, meeting the best of the best in design, celebrity designers, editors, touring premiere design centers, learning about how my favorite Kravet & Lee Jofa fabrics are designed and made, and maybe the best part of all, meeting my fellow bloggers who I know call my friends!
What a wild experience, and one I will cherish forever. I can not wait for Blogfest 2012, can't imagine how Kravet will top this one!
The incredible Jennifer Powell of Kravet below who was a large part in making Blogfest 2011 the incredible extravaganza that it was for us bloggers and designers.
Here she is in her office at Kravet before taking us on a tour of the Kravet & Lee Jofa headquarters.
Inspiration boards. Love the exploration of scenes and fashion that goes into the designing process. As designers we all need to be inspired and capturing on boards is the best way for me, and apparently them!

Moving onto Kravet:
eeee!! pretty
loved seeing the capability of the design systems, if you can see the monitors, you'll see the play with color from color to turquoise. These images get printed and eventually end up on the fabrics
cool stuff!!
