Straw Hat Wall Decor

Happy Wednesday! I'm really into straw hats these days -- on me, and on walls.  They fill up lots of wall space, and I think lend to a well-traveled, enjoy life, sunny days, beachy vibe in the home - what could be better than a mood like that??

    I've been collecting straw hats and bags for years...
    I have yet to find the perfect spot to display them en masse although I have several on display dispersed through out our home!

    So true! Those hats just make me want to curl up with a good book with the doors/windows open! Ps..thanks for the heads up on the Emily Giffin book- I had no idea about that one and I am a huge fan!

    As soon as I saw "Straw Hat Wall Decor" I thought of picture #4 from Sarah's Cottage, HGTV. I have that picture saved in several inspiration folders. I'm one of those people accumulating items for a cottage I don't yet own. I may have also bought a lovingly used paddle the other day to hang with my straw hat collection. I'll have a lovely beachy cottage one day, guess i should be accumulating mortgage payments as well as straw hats....but decor is so much more fun! Have a great weekend!
