Loving the freshness of aqua blue mason jars these days, well I always have and after not having any in stock for quite some time, I just got a shipment delivered and am beyond thrilled! I am thinking of using them in the wedding some way, but am also offering them for sale in my Etsy shop!
My friend Jacin from Lovely Little Details loves these jars so much, they are the main attraction of her new logo! I asked her on facebook this morning why she loves them so much and she replied:
"for me, they hold a special meaning as I learned how to can jellies and jams with my grandmother and it was something special that we would do together. She had an entire cellar filled with goodies from strawberry rhubarb jams to pickled green beans to tomato juice to bread and butter pickles. Whenever I went to visit, I'd always leave with a new jar of jam. She passed away last March but I still have one last jar of pickles in my fridge, waiting for just the perfect day. :)"
I think these jars bring that same image of rustic/farm girl charm to all of us when we see them, don't you?
here's how I am currently using mine...
