Chic Little Hostess Gifts from Shorely Chic

Hi Ya'll! I'm totally in holiday mode and visiting NYC with a couple of friends last night to ask them to be in my wedding -!- really got me on a kick! I asked my friends Caroline and Kristen and Kristen asked me to be in hers! So exciting :)

Anyhoo, I am here to showcase a few of my favorite products from my shopping website in case you wanted to purchase anything from Shorely Chic for gifts this year. I must be honest, I feel a little funny promoting my own shop on my blog because 1) I don't like feeling like I am being pushy and 2) You all do enough supporting me with your visits and comments!! However, I feel passionate about my products and only want the best for you so why not share these sweet little treasures that I have with you!

Some are small, like the candles below and are so nice to bring to hostesses and hosts or bosses and co-workers. I gave the MILK candle to my boss for her birthday and she loves it. She leaves it on her desk with the top off and that alone is just enough to keep her office smelling sweetly pleasant.

These bath salts look so nice propped up on a shelf in the bathroom

You can see the entire candle and diffuser collection here:

I also carry my dear friend Suzanne Somersall's exuisite jewelry in the shop. Suzanne and I lived in Florence together during college and it is so fun to be collaborating with her years later. She is an incredible jewelry designer, see below!

Also new on the block are these awesome cut out monogram plate necklaces. I gave these to my newly engaged friends as gifts with their soon-to-be initials:

aren't they pretty??

I'll be adding the nameplates above soon!
cute little sea turtle salt and pepper shakers under tabletop:

and books! :

NOW, the site is still very much in progress. I don't think it's the prettiest site and I am not nearly satisfied with the selection and organization, but I do love what I currently have and am going to continue to build it to reflect my truest sense of style!

  4. I *always* struggle with hostess gifts--so thanks for giving me some fabulous ideas! I've given books in the past, but I love the idea of the monogrammed pieces. They're perfect! xo
