OMBRE DREAMS

Ombre n. A French term meaning "shaded." Usually a multicolored stripe, with colors graduating from light to dark.

I'm so obsessed with ombre lately, well ombre and stripes. I want ombre everything especially in shades of blue and coral. At first I thought ombre only related to hair, but then I learned of all these great home decor and fashion items and I'm into it.

does LC not have the best hair ever? jealous...

Ombre hair works especially well for brunettes like me who let their highlights *sometimes* go a little too long :)

I have these bentwood chairs - I'll be ombre'ing those...

Unbeknownst to me I registered for ombre, via the Le Crueset Caribbean collection:

Martha has some DIY ombre projects (from 2008 - guess I'm a little late on this trend)

Are you an ombre fan?
