Grasscloth - Beach Chic

I am a huge fan of grasscloth covered walls. I think it is such a nice alternative and looks good with just about any style. I was first introduced to working with grasscloth in the makeover of my office lobby. Many of the employees didn't like it because they thought it looked too "homey" for an office, and on the contrary, I was thinking it was such a nice "homey" touch for an office space!

Grasscloth would be the perfect touch to make your home beach chic because of it's natural form, texture and color. I highly recommend covering a bathroom to start and see how you like it!

Do any of you have grasscloth in your home?

 

I was able to score some leftover from our office project and turned this old large coffee can into a beach chic eco container, perfect for paintbrushes or as a wastebasket!

Pillow Sale!

Since I started the Shorely Chic retail venture I have had a pretty even steady of inventory. My supply meets my demand just fine and I rarely fret.
