Key West Chic

I'm dreaming of Key West on this rainy Monday morning in Connecticut...

I want to be where "Life is a Breeze in the Florida Keys"

I am just obsessed with the look and feel of Key West! Even though I've never been, from what I hear and photos I see, I'm sure it would win my heart. After working on this post, I am committed to taking a trip there for our next vacation :)

Have any of you been? Got anything good to share? Spread the love in the comments section below :)

For now, feast your eyes on these beautiful Key West Interiors I found on Coastal Living

Now, I personally think a few of my newest items would look perfect in any of these homes:

enjoy your Monday, and I hope these photos took you away for just a little while :)

  1. Hi Liz!

I share your dream. I would love to visit and check out all the lovely little beaches. Your post above is beautiful and makes me want to dive in. That blue jar is perfectly beachy, would be great with a little candle. Hope you have a great week.

  4. Oh yes Key West is wonderful! I have been lots of times, being from South FL. My parents actually just got back from there a few days ago :) But my recommendation is to just make sure you do something on the water, be it kayaking, snorkeling or sailing. There are only a couple of beaches actually in Key West although there are many other islands close by to check out.

My husband and I camped in the Dry Tortugas which is a small island southwest of Key West. It was gorgeous. Crystal clear water...lots to see. If you feel like checking out my blog, there are pictures around May of last year. I hope you get to go soon!!

  5. Love that style! There are so many cool things that catch the eye in those photos; and yes, I think your newest items would look nice in them too. My favorite part of Key West was Hemingway's house... very cool!

  7. I have spent at least one week a year for the past 45 years (since I was 6)in the Keys. My Mom was born in Key West so it is a special place to all of us and have passed the tradition down to my son as well. You truly will enjoy it there. It's paradise.

  8. Girl, You have got to get down there! I have seen the keys go through many a change ~ (4th generation conch on my mother's side) ~ I grew up right on Elizabeth street ~ I hope you make it a priority on your to do list ~ when you get there remember like everything else these days there is a lot of commercialism ~ don't be afraid to explore!
You do great work ~ Keep it up

  9. I've been there, more than 15 years ago though. Tropical, casual island living! I know Heather of Simple Daisy has been there not too long ago, and posted pictures on her blog.
