Hi Y'all! I've been feeling the winter blues this week as my Florida tan fades and the weather here continues to chill so I came up with this little remedy for my morning routine. I'm trying to pack as much nutrition into my diet as I can for our little baby boy -!!!!!!- so I started on smoothies in the morning and I'm hooked!!

My favorite is the Tropical Bliss:

1 cup Coconut Milk (which is soo good and has 50% more calcium than regular milk)
Handful of Frozen Pineapple
1 Frozen Banana
A couple scoops of Chobani yogurt, any flavor really works. Today I had peach and it was delish!

  1. We're toooootally hooked on the whole "smoothie for breakfast" thing. Seriously, they're so easy and nutritious. Not to mention portable! Your combo sounds delicious. :)
