Thank you for all the support and comments over the weekend on facebook and twitter about the show, it means so so much to read your comments and feedback! I couldn't wait to share my photos from the event on Friday with you all, see below!
The display was a HIT and it was amazing to see people's reactions as they walked by my table. I sold a good amount of my items, met some really awesome people, got the email addresses of my customers, and handed out so many business cards! My mom and I became instant friends with the woman and her daughter-in-law sitting at the table next to us, and just had a really great time :)

On Saturday, I picked up some new fabrics for pillows since they seemed to have "flown off the shelf"!
I love them all and can't wait to see the pillows!
This weekend, I also decided to try something new, photographing my items at the beach - I have realized that on Etsy, and other online marketplaces, it's all about the photography so I gave this a go!

ReplyDeleteLove the shots taken on the beach..., the products look fabulous..., and I got all excited! And that's what you want. Not that I'm thinking of buying anything..., with planning on selling our home that's just not a good idea right now. But I do believe in presentation for sure.

ReplyDeleteI also love the new fabrics you picked up...especially the one with the fancy typography on it (I'm a sucker for fonts. :-) And naturally, I'm loving the beach shots. I mean...it's totally shore chic!! The colors and detail of your work also seems to "pop" really well against the white tablecloth you used at the event, too.
Awesome work - it'd be perfect for outfitting my wedding in mexico early next year!
