ROWAYTON GEMS

One of my very favorite areas in Fairfield County is the beach chic little pocket of Norwalk on the water, the quintessential seaside town of Rowayton. It's teeny and has everything you need, a beach, a little market, restaurants (some of the best in the area), an ice cream shop, a lifestyle store that has the chicest home decor and accessories called FLEA, a dog park, a boat launch for kayaks and paddle boards (and boats), art galleries, etc... Nothing commercial and only the most cared for establishments really make up a nice Main Street if you will, don't you agree?

I'm here today to show you some stunning Rowayton homes built by the Glazer Group. Get ready, these are some holy moly houses but the detail, nautical touches and incredible scenery are what really get me:

fine, this pool gets me too...

I love the beams, seams to be a signature of theirs...

how about that staircase?

exquisite colors, so bright and beachy.

I was so happy to discover Glazer because I pass by these houses all the time, on our little kayak adventures down the Five Mile River and walking around town, and seeing them up close was a real treat!

I hope you enjoyed the homes, and if you are in the area, Rowayton is a must stop.

Some places to try while you are there:

Rowayton Market
Rowayton Pizza
Rowayton Seafood
Rowayton Seafood Market
SAILS American Grill
Down Under Kayaking and Paddleboarding (rentals)
FLEA
Brendans 101 (ice cream)

Have fun!
