I dread to say it but there are only a few precious weekends left in the summer, and for me most of those are tied up with weddings and bachelorette parties so I am really looking forward to enjoying this quiet weekend ahead with Brian and Jack. I received an early wedding shower gift the other day for a three year subscription to Fine Cooking magazine and this is the first recipe I'm trying, thrilled!! I hope it makes me cook more :)

mmm..yum! that taco dish looks delish! although, the cutie rafia tie could be the selling point on that! have you tried www.wegottaeat.com? there are a ton of recipes on there and you can do a search on anything and everything! it's a great resource! enjoy your "boy time" weekend before the whirlwind begins!
